- • Rejection without valid quality reasons: Full payment required
Goochy Responsibilities
- • Delivery delays beyond agreed timeline: 2% credit per week
- • Quality issues confirmed by inspection: Full replacement
- • Design deviation from approved specifications: Remake at no cost
- • Confidentiality breach: Liquidated damages as agreed
Dispute Resolution Process
Direct Negotiation

Arbitration

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. All disputes shall be resolved in Hong Kong jurisdiction, with English as the official language for proceedings.
